Welcome to my website! My name is Lars Molander and I live a few miles outside Uddevalla, by the Gullmarn fjord in the westcoast of Sweden. I have a master's degree in biology and work as a biologist.  I spend more and more time on photography. The interest in photography and nature only gets bigger and bigger over the years. My favorite motiv is birds. Much of the challenge  and allure of photography, I think, is that you can capture and preserve special moments. It is simply an exciting way to experience nature.

You can order signed and numbered prints of the images available on the website. The images are taken with lenses with focal length between 14 and 600 mm. Since 2013, I've been using Canons "full-frame houses." Nowadays, Canon R5 are my workhorse.

I also work a lot with camera traps. For the camera traps, i use the previous generation of Canons APS-C cameras like 60D,  600D and 550D.
